A 30-year track record of successfully completing transactions doesn't happen by accident. Entrepreneurial spirit cannot be manufactured. Creating value through innovation is not something that is taught in business schools; it is learned through experience.
While each one of our team members is unique, we also share certain defining characteristics, characteristics that make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. From the beginning we have had a consistent philosophy about our people, and that philosophy is evident in our team today.
Technical competence underpins our service. That's why our team includes Chartered Accountants, Chartered Business Valuators, Chartered Financial Analysts, lawyers and Board Directors of public and private companies. We have the technical skills needed to close transactions.
Our people also offer a wealth of practical experience without which their skills would be academic. Collectively, our team has worked on many hundreds of transactions in almost every sector of the economy. We have helped clients achieve their objectives through difficult and good times. We have worked on transactions of every size and across many regions. It is rare that we are faced with a challenge that we have not previously encountered and solved.
Technical skills and practical experience are a powerful combination. But at CCC, they are not enough. We ask our people for something more...an uncommon dose of common sense. Unexpected developments often complicate and threaten transactions. At CCC, that's when you can rely on cool heads and common sense to deliver effective solution.
