- Provide a market valuation of your business
- Segment and assess your options to determine what is best for you. For example, would you be better served by strategic buyers or private equity?
- Complete a full financial analysis and due diligence to uncover all issues and opportunities that may impact negotiations
- Prepare effective and accurate marketing materials
- Set up and manage the data room
- Conduct bid comparisons
- Negotiate and structure the final transaction
- Assist with development of the communication strategy for employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Manage the closing process, including coordinating efforts with the lawyers, accountants and bankers
